Built from inside the
attention economy.
Attention Literacy is a creator-led education initiative helping young people understand how social media algorithms shape what they see, how digital platforms compete for their attention, and how to use technology with greater intention.

We teach young people how to understand the systems they use every day.
Young people are growing up inside digital environments shaped by recommendation systems, engagement incentives, and constant streams of personalized content.
Yet most are never taught how those systems actually work.
Attention Literacy was created to close that gap by giving students practical tools to understand the digital environments around them and make more intentional choices within them.
This is not an anti-technology movement. It is about giving people the knowledge and agency to use technology on their own terms.
From learning the algorithm to teaching it.
Conner Mather built an audience of millions while still a teenager, spending years learning firsthand what captures attention, drives engagement, and spreads online.
That experience gave him an unusual view of social media from inside the creator economy.
Over time, the same systems he learned to use professionally became the subject of a larger question:
Why are young people expected to navigate these platforms every day without ever being taught how they work?
That question became Attention Literacy.
Today, Conner works with educators, technology leaders, youth organizations, and public officials to bring practical digital literacy education to the next generation.

Wiz Learningf was founded by Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree Kyla Bolden.
Built and advised by people who understand the problem.
